BURGER KING® Scholars Program

BURGER KING® Scholars awards assist students who work part-time and excel academically. Since 2000, the BURGER KING® Scholars Program has awarded more than 11,000 scholarships throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The HAVE IT YOUR WAY® Foundation, a U.S.-based, nonprofit, 501(c)3 public charity, has supported the BURGER KING® Scholars Program by granting over $320,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Together, we will continue to work hard to build brighter futures through education in our communities.

BURGER KING® Employee Scholars Program

Our restaurant teams are an important part of fundraising for the BURGER KING® Scholars Program. That is why, each year, we provide up to 158 Scholarships ($1,000 each) to eligible restaurant team members from BURGER KING® restaurants supporting the BURGER KING® Scholars Program.

McLamore Outstanding Scholars award recipients represent the most accomplished students who apply to the BURGER KING® Employee Scholars Program. Each $5,000 scholarship is not only a well-earned benefit for these hardworking students, but also a symbol of James W. McLamore's commitment to education.
