JOSEPH ANGHELONE

CHAIRMAN, NATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION (NFA)

Joseph Anghelone, chairman of the National Franchisee Association (NFA), entered the BURGER KING® system in 1978 and has been a franchisee for 16 years. A member of the Metro New York Franchisee Association, he currently operates eight restaurants in central New Jersey. Anghelone's rich history with the BURGER KING® brand and expertise as a restaurant operator will provide valuable insight to the Diversity Action Council. Anghelone replaces Julian Josephson as the NFA representative on the DAC.

Anghelone previously served on the NFA's Board of Directors, as well as its governance and convention committees. He was chairman of RSI for two years and served on the Board of Directors of the BK® system's independent purchasing operator for eight years.
