Formed in 1991, the Diversity Action Council or "DAC" serves as an independent, working advisory board to Burger King Corporation in the formulation and evaluation of diversity development goals. The DAC is comprised of men and women from Burger King Corporation and external organizations representing the franchise and community interests of African Americans, Hispanics, Asian Americans, and other minority groups. This multiethnic and multicultural council reflects the makeup of our workforce and consumer base, and helps to further enhance the opportunities for everyone in the BURGER KINGŪ system.

Diversity Action Council Mission Statement
