What attracted me to BKC
I wanted to be in a company that could offer opportunities to grow as well as big challenges. Most importantly, I wanted to learn something new every day. BKC, and more precisely, the Leadership Development Program, offered me exactly this.
My career path so far
I started the program in September 2012, and by the end of the program I became an Operations Coach for Spain. After three months I moved to the UK to fulfill the same role. Seven months later, I had the opportunity to start a new role as a Manager of Franchise Performance (aka Franchise Business Leader), where I am responsible for more than 120 restaurants in the UK market. I am the market owner of Eastern Europe and Israel for the Central Division. I am the point of contract for the franchisee and Daily basis supervision to ensure the profit, openings, sales and traffic.
My view on the BKC culture
I completely agree and identify myself with the five pillars that define the BKC culture; Bold – Empowered – Accountable – Meritocratic – Fun.

Research about the company. Ensure you believe in its values and its corporate culture. If you can identify with it, definitely apply… you will love working here!
How I bring it to BKC every day
I bring it to BKC every day because I come in to work every day with a total ownership mentality. For everything I do and every decision I make, I do it as if BKC were my own company.
