What attracted me to BKC
What attracted me the most to BKC was the power and strength of its brand, the fact that it is a global multinational company, and its corporate structure with 3G Capital as a major investor. I also was looking for a company where I would be able to quickly grow and develop both professionally and personally, and I knew at BKC this was possible.
My career path so far
I started the Leadership Development Program in July 2013 and was hired full-time as a Senior Analyst in the Supply Chain Management department upon completing my training. Six months into my role, in July 2014, I was promoted to become the Manager of the Supply Chain Management department.
My view on the BKC culture
When I first came in, I found myself immersed in a vibrant and highly collaborative environment that allowed me to adapt easily and start contributing to the company, acquiring immense amounts of knowledge along the way. Overall it is a very results-driven culture where all departments and team members are focused on achieving a single goal – happy and satisfied guests.
My most rewarding moments working at BKC
One of the most surprising parts of the Leadership Development Program is that, since the beginning, I was exposed to continuous challenges that helped me to develop both personally and professionally.
My most rewarding and memorable moment has definitely been the moment I was announced I had been promoted! After six months of working at BKC I was very ecstatic that BKC confided in me and chose to internally promote me.
